If I could leave 0 stars I WOULD!!

Awful company, how can everyone else deliver but not them?! I believe they are stealing the packages and marking them undeliverable. Sad really, then not to respond to a problem that they created is worse!

Orders NOT delivered!!

The past 3 online orders I have made happen to use LSO for shipping. First order was never received but tracking claims it was, same with second order from a different store. The last purchase from Nike is now missing, according to tracking info it says "unable to access Houston" which I find weird as UPS/FedEx deliver just fine. Also I've tried to contact them for nearly a month by email and by phone to no avail. A few days ago I received an email stating my issue was resolved. I never spoke to anyone and never received my package so not resolved! Also I was able to see their reviews and saw that a lot of ppl are having the same issue as I am. This company should really be looked into. They are stealing from customers and getting away with it. Never have I ever had an issue with packages being delivered until now and they were are handled by LSO. Thank you for your time. I've received my refund from the store o purchased. But they shouldn't be allowed to even be doing business.
