I ordered and paid for merchandise that I am being billed for a second time after more than 2 years ago! I have called the billing company and gave them the date of direct payment twice and I am still getting billed. They insisted that I fax them copy of payment but I don't have excess to a fax machine. Resolution Sought Have company stop billing me and putting a black mark on my credit rating. This is over 2 years that I made this purchase.
