Lubin & Meyer PC continue to send me online solicitations for their legal services. After describing my case, they denied I had a case even after I offered to pay for a consultation. Lubin & Meyer PC then continued to solicit me. Resolution Sought Either take me on as a client, or discontinue soliciting me.

By way of background, Mr. Lavine reached out to Lubin & Meyer on November 17, 2021 to discuss a possible claim. At that time, Mr. Lavine was told that unfortunately we would not be able to assist him. We then received documents in the mail from Mr. Lavine even though we had told Mr. Lavine that we would be unable to pursue a claim on his behalf. We would be happy to return those documents if Mr. Lavine would like us to do that for him. Please know that we are not soliciting Mr. Lavine on-line as the complaint states. Perhaps, Mr. Lavine is seeing our ads on Facebook or on other social media platforms? According to Facebook, you can block seeing ads by following the directions that Facebook provides that I have copied and pasted for your convenience on the next page of this letter. Facebook Help Center Although you can't opt out of or block seeing ads on Facebook, you can influence the types of ads you see by giving us feedback or hiding ads and advertisers that you don't want to see: To hide an ad: 1 In the top right of the ad, tap ***, 2 Select Hide ad 3 Follow the on-screen instructions.
