I ordered some pieces of jewelry for my girlfriend Miri Tong. I had the jewelry delivered to her address, in her name, as it was a gift for her. When I ordered the jewelry it was after 12:00 am June 16,2021 . There was a memo stating that they were dealing with a large quantity of orders and may take longer arrival times but they will be delivered as soon as possible. I received my order confirmation and was charged for the jewelry so I began to track the package with an app on my phone. The app stated that the package had been delivered one item initially I went to look for the package it was not there. I immediately attempted to contact the retailer but the line was always busy. I was left on hold several times even answered and hung up on. When I finally spoke with someone I reported my concern. I stated I was tracking the package on my phone and when it was claimed to be delivered I checked it was not there. It was supposedly one item and the others were being shipped I asked the woman to speak with a manager. She told me no manager was available and to go through out the apartments door to door asking who received my package. I explained I was not willing to do that. I explained to her that stealing mail was a federal offense I asked for any serial numbers for the jewelry so I can report it to the authorities I was hung up on and never contacted since. I left my phone number with the woman I was constantly reporting my concerns. I emailed also. Resolution Sought I would like a refund.
