I do not normally write reviews but this is an experience I have to share in hopes of preventing any bride from going through what I had to go through with this shop. my wedding dress fit me absolutely perfectly and there were very few alterations that were needed. The only thing I did not like or that needed to be fixed was the fact that the straps kept falling off my shoulders, they still fit, but they just needed help staying in place. It has now come to my attention that we should have just used sticky tape for this quick and easy fix. Instead, this company decided to cut 3 inches off of each strap which significantly changed the fit of the dress. It no longer lays the way it did when I tried it on at the store, the straps do not fit me correctly. They cut way too many inches off. there are 1 million strings sticking out all over the dress from beads that have fallen off - in their care, that could have been repaired by this company but instead they decided to return it to me in that state. They also neglected to inform me that we could have switched out the cup size in the lining and opt for a color that better matched my skin tone. The cup size that the dress came with is three times bigger than my own. I am a new bride. I was given no direction or advice on how to go about getting my dress altered. I thought that the workers at this company would do that for me, walk through what i wanted or needed done, provide advice on previous experiences on what to get. Resolution Sought I would really love to get my money back so I can pay the person who I had to get a rush order from.
