I ordered products and when I tried to cancel the order, it had shipped. I refused the package and it was returned back to them Monday 10/18. I email several times about my refund with only one response saying they would have to talk to a manager and get back to me. They still have not refunded my money and are not responding to my emails. This company is FRAUD. Resolution Sought REFUND my money
