I gave them my credit card number for digital downloads. They asked for $7.00. I did. Afterwards I wasn't able to download anything because they want you to purchase more packages asking for "only" $119.00 and other money packages. My phone number was called multiple times right afterwards as well from sales people. They are representing selling bulletin board images to use in Education. Resolution Sought Block them from doing this to anyone else and give my money back.

The information that she submitted to you is not entirely accurate upon looking into her order. Immediately upon purchase, she received the file via email. We sent it again on September 15, 2023. We did not call her as we do not call any of our customers. This is not a practice of ours. She was offered to join our text list which she did opt into but we have removed her from our text list after receiving your email. I feel we have done everything in our control to make this right.
