I accidentally placed an order I had in my cart on their website. Their cancellation policy states that orders can be canceled within 30 minutes if placing an order if we complete an inquiry form within 30 minutes. I completed the inquiry form within 10 minutes of the order being placed. Now, the company refuses to cancel my order. Resolution Sought Cancel my order and follow their own cancellation policy
