I was billed through Angi from a tile contractor named Luiz Tile for $50. Angi will not respond. Their supposedly licensed contractor is not licensed with the Commonwealth. I do not know the contractors actual name, address, phone number or email to make a complaint. Resolution Sought terrible damages.
