No customer should be treated like the way she did

My complaint is as follows, I entered the gas station approximately 4:10pm I put 15 in gas and decided to play a number I repeatedly told the cashier the number when I checked my tickets I noticed she gave me the wrong ticket. I asked her nicely to change my ticket she gave me the wrong number. She proceeded to point at the other side of the counter where I could not see the sign that said as follows lottery tickets cannot be canceled bring ticket back for replay or play map and cashier is not responsible for wrong ticket. I told her that I specifically wanted the number I gave her she gave me the wrong number after I repeatedly told her. so if play 20 numbers and she puts them wrong I as a customer have to pay again for my numbers. she gave me attitude was ignoring me told me to get out her store. her customer services were awful. she was rude disrespectful and not understanding. I felt offended after spending my money and just asking her to change it even though the sign says that. I could never see the sign and she never verbally said it to me until I told her it was wrong ticket by her mistake.. not that I gave it to her wrong!! her attitude she was just so rude... No customer service at all they should trained them. Reprimendation.. no customer should be treated like the way she did and paid and thru me out the store
