I had them come out on a Thursday to look at my air conditioner because it was freezing up. The person that came sprayed coil cleaner on it and thought it was good. I come home on Saturday of that week and it still freezing up . I called them their on duty answered and was gonna return on a call back since the problem wasn't fixed but he was told from his boss that their would be a service charge to return. My problem is i have already paid for them to fix the problem why should i pay again? I took an air hose and cleaned my coil and everything seems to be working fine now. This a shame i used to recommend this company to everyone but not now . I will not use them again Resolution Sought Stop charging service fee for call back when the problem wasn't fixed that is just wrong.
