We'll i was told not to order from luminess air because i would never be able to contact customer if i needed help but i wanted it so bad i figure I would take a chance and order when i got my order and tried the the makeup it was not my color and i thought i sure hope my friend was wrong i called and was pleasantly surprised when i reached customer service the rep was a gem we actually talked about the makeup what would be good for me it was she gave me tips abs tricks as how to use the makeup it was like i had my very own makeup artist I got my questions answered she gave me confidence to try this makeup that was brand new to me she made sure i understood my account and gave me her extension to call her if i have any more questions now that is what you call not good customer service but great customer service. I let my friend know how wrong she was. If I could give my rating more than 5 stars i would.

Perfect for first time makeup users

I bought this for my daughter who is just now starting to wear makeup. I am so excited that she will learn how to airbrush instead of using those dirty brushes or sponges. Oh how I wish this was available when I was first learning. I don't know where this has been my whole life, but so happy I have it now.. YAYYYYYYYYY!! I
