In 2022, I had Lumio install solar panels on my home after they assured me that my roof was in good condition and did not need to be replaced. However, it turned out that this was not the case, and my roof has been leaking into different areas of my home. The installation of the panels also caused water damage in various parts of my home. I reported the issue to Lumio in February 2023, but they did not address it, and now my home smells like mildew. Resolution Sought I demand that Lumio take full responsibility for repairing both the interior and exterior of my home.

I purchase Solar 6/23/2023. This was right after I replaced my roof. Now I have a leak in my kitchen. I called a plumber and they said that nothing is wrong with my plumbing. It is coming from the roof. I called my roofer and he stated that it's coming from something Solar did I've sent pictures to Solar Lumio and I have called them like 20 times and I am not getting ahead on anything. No returned calls and I have been calling Since Dec 10 2023. Resolution Sought My desire is to have a full refund and have my roof properly fix and also all leaks repaired at their expense.
