Was lied to from the beginning by Lumio Solar. Solar work only 50 percent .never gave me a copy off what I bought. Solar doesn't work when electricity outage gave me a generator but doesn't work on ac or heat .still have a large electricity bill .Did not tell us they went bankruptcy. Don't know who to call . Resolution Sought Take them back and stop charging me every month and give me all money they took with good leap

In 2022, I had Lumio install solar panels on my home after they assured me that my roof was in good condition and did not need to be replaced. However, it turned out that this was not the case, and my roof has been leaking into different areas of my home. The installation of the panels also caused water damage in various parts of my home. I reported the issue to Lumio in February 2023, but they did not address it, and now my home smells like mildew. Resolution Sought I demand that Lumio take full responsibility for repairing both the interior and exterior of my home.
