I went for a pedicure and a soak off of my acrylic nails she did not do the soak off and began pulling my nails off with a cuticle cutter and sticking an acrylic nail under my nails to pop it off. I informed her that it was hurting and she ignored me. I then asked " are you not doing the soak off, this is hurting" she ignores me and continues to hurt my nails. My fingers nails began to bleed and my nails were in pain and bleeding. I tell her to leave it alone and she keeps trying to take it off, file, and tries to buff but I tell her no. I informed the owner and all she said was "ok pay for the pedicure" and that was it. I paid and left my nails were in so much pain and bleeding. I left crying. Resolution Sought Refund for the service.
