I have paid a total of $3342.13. Purchases total $1560.60 and refund amount is $1781.53. I have made several calls and was told that it would be taken care of asap. This has been going on since 2/2024. The company stated that I have been patient and were appreciative. I called customer service today and the representative stated that he has been sending my inquiry to management for about three weeks with no response. I didn't want to go to this length, but I have given them ample time. Resolution Sought Please contact me for fastest way to receive my refund and ship my furniture.
