On Jan 13th my house was at 64 but felt much colder than that. I had put a maintenance request that day and exchanged text messages with LUXE that night. They said to get back to them the next day so I told them I will not be staying in my home that night due to how cold it was. Also want to mention it was 4 degrees that night. The next day it was 1 degree Fahrenheit and my thermostat was set at 75 but it was now 56. I have a three year old daughter living with me so I had to go stay at my friends house these two days. On the 14th of January Luxe said that a vendor will be reaching out to me. The vendor came to check it and told LUXE it was doing the best it can. LUXE sent me a text that they will contact the owner about adding insulation in the attic. I asked for heaters and LUXE said I could buy some and I'd be reimbursed and for them . I went to seven different stores to find some since they were sold out everywhere and the next day went back home to connect them and the power went out for a third night I stayed at my friends house. I told them the power went out @1pm on the 15th and no one went to fix it all day. It was also 1 degree Fahrenheit that night. The next day on the 16th I called them since I wasn't getting a response from them and they finally contacted a vendor that came to fix the electricity. I asked about also getting concession for the three days that I was not able to stay in my home they said they'd let me know and I'm not begging for them to keep word. Resolution Sought I just want my reimbursement for the heaters that I had purchased and concession for the days that I was not able to stay in my home due to them not able to provide the essential heat and electricity. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional.
