Poor customer service!

The night security woman at about 11:00 Thursday night 10/05/22. I went to Security two different times looking for my phone but was told no they didn't have it. I went back to the Public House restaurant and was told the Manager had taken it to security an hour earlier. I don't know if the security lady saw where I had came from, but all of the sudden my phone showed up. TWO TIMES I asked if my phone was there, two times she told me no. Then she tells me it was left a slot machine and when I say she was mad, she was mad. She said "Do you know what I have to do now?" I'm guessing making a report? OMG that phone had my ID and my debit card in it, and she wanted to play games? Wish I had caught her name so I could properly let HR know. Don't know what she had intended to do with it.. My desired outcome is this is put in to her work record. This all happened in about 15 minutes. I don't understand why she did this, unless she had plans for my phone or debit card. God knows how many times she has done this.

My first experience at this hotel was horrible.

I have been a guest at your hotel from March 23-27, 2022. My reservation was $455.06 including tax & resort fee. Once we arrived we paid a $100.00 deposit *that was the only fee we were told by management was due* We had an issue with our card and went to the front to discuss and were then insulted by management Martin (LNU) who identified himself as the manager when I asked was anyone in a higher position was available. He refused to view our confirmation, he refused to view our receipt, he refused to acknowledge that someone from the staff very well made a mistake. What he did acknowledge was that we were to pay another fee, or we would not be able to access our room! Professional? I hardly think not Not only am I disabled I am also a veteran! To think this is the type of treatment that happens at the Luxor Hotel. When we informed (Martin) and Laurie guest services that our key being disabled since check-In, and the continuous walking to the front desk exacerbates the pain In my back, I was not provided ANY accommodations! I would have never thought that I would have experienced this type of treatment at this hotel. Extremely disappointed. Suggestion, have your unprofessional staff take a course at the local community college on business, ethics, and communication.
