I'm formally demanding a refund on the money I sent you on your Invoice # 1171 dated June 5, 2023 in the amount of $1059.30 to replace a broken glass on an outside French Door with cross bars making the glass appear to be divided into smaller panels. You may recall that I've requested a full refund several times during our many telephone conversations generated by myself prior to be convinced to purchasing a plain plate glass. However, after speaking with your installer, I discovered the cross bars would no longer be present making the door completely different then its counter part which I find totally unacceptable. You may recall we also discussed a French door or doors replacement option which you never followed through with a proposed bid that I could present to the owner. I'm willing to negotiate on the price for the sheet of glass you ordered if you provide a copy of your invoice for the glass. I have tried to work with you in good faith only to be disappointed on numerus occasions. At one point you told me you weren't able to purchase tempered glass, you should have been aware of that before sending me an invoice since that's your profession. At no instance did I specify any point of the glass replacement. Your installers were supposed to be qualified to determine the type of door and glass to be replaced. Resolution Sought A total or partial refund of the money I sent Luxurious Glass LLC on their invoice #1171 on June 5, 2023.
