I ordered a California King down comforter and after I placed my order never got a confirmation email of my purchase or tracking number or heard anything about my order I have emailed them on a lot of different occasions and also called to reach a recording telling me a staff member will get in touch with me quickly by email there's no way to reach anyone or to talk to anyone I still have not gotten a email back from them and it's been about 2 weeks now Resolution Sought I want my order that I placed with them or I want my money back.

We received this order on March 26th, 2022. On the same day, the customer sent us the following email: message "I have a charge on my card from you guys and I have never ordered from you all" .   We responded to the customer the same day with the copy of the order we received and requested confirmation if we could ship the order as received.  We offered to either ship the order or cancel and refund the order.  Customer never responded to us.  We sent another follow up on March 31st and still did not receive any response.  Subsequently, we received a chargeback from the customer.    We have already responded to the chargeback providing a full refund as chargeback settlement.  It is extremely difficult to communicate with the customer.  We didn't ship because the customer stated they never placed this order.  If customer responded to our emails, we could have either shipped the order or issued a full refund and cancelled the same day. However, customer never responded to any of our emails and instead filed a chargeback through the credit card company.
