Never received the Limousine we paid for. I was notified the morning of the event that there was a mechanical problem with Limousine. Offer a party bus and a different bus arrives to my house. Driver said it was a problem with the other bus. Please help this place has ripped off and a friend also. It has to stop. I was told that the original Limousine was never available. Resolution Sought Full refund and being held accountable for Embarrassment to my daughter and other children an parents expecting Escalade Limousine for pictures. The Luxury Limousine of Southfield was horrible. They need to be fined.
