I signed a contract with the company November of 2024 and to date he has not started or completed the job. I paid him $6000 in advance, total cost is $10,000 and he barely responds to our calls or text. He keeps pushing us off and now it has been 3 months since he took my money and has not started the job. Three months of waiting is unacceptable when he informed us he would start immediately when he receives the money. Attached is the document of zelle payment, contract, and letter we sent him. Resolution Sought I would like a refund at this point because I do not want to deal with him anymore. Horrible customer service.
