Allon Cothern took my money and never brought my items I paid him for. he lied to get me to give him money multiple times. Resolution Sought Refund me $1300.

First, I'm going to say is yes I owe him the money. Second, is he is getting paid in payments. May not be as fast as he wants, but he is getting paid. When Mr. Johnson doesn't receive money like he wants he then turns around and sends threatening texts. This is why I don't respond to his text or phone calls. And when I do call to talk to him he doesn't answer. I plan on paying him every dime that's owed. But I will not be threatened in any way. I've told him his not allow on my property. He don't care about that. I've included a few screen shots (Sent to BCA for review) of the PayPal transactions sent to Mr. Johnson. I'm trying to get it paid off to him.

He owes me $300 now and he has a payment date set up next month for it so he is fine with me now. I just wanted my money back. I would like to close this case there's no need to go any further.
