I've taken Lyft 4 times and been charged 6 times once for each ride to and from place and then both times the total of those costs I have snapshot la of bank statements and yet I wonder if people are aware of this tactic there is a clause written deep within the app that charges for the total charged will be refunded but there's no 24 hour customer service support anywhere you can only tell them that you're not happy with the service and still nothing so I need help because I'm disabled Resolution Sought Refund

I enrolled in their unlimited plan for one month. They took my money instantly and my account showed active on the app. Anytime I try to get a bite it would not let me say my payment method was not accepted even though it shows I paid on the app and in my bank. Customer service was not helpful they cannot figure out the problem. Then when I requested a refund they said it would take over a week to get me my money back. Resolution Sought That they get this company together. That they learn to accept all payment methods. That their refund department gives you your refund instantly and doesn't make you wait a week.
