I use Lyft on a regular basis. I travel for work and at least 2x a week i take a Lyft to and from the airport. I scheduled a Lyft to go to the airport at 3:30 am to ensure i got a ride, the Lyft driver didn't show up until 15 min late, making me late to the airport. I contacted Lyft customer support, kept getting bounced around from agent to agent on the app pretending to help me while never actually doing anything. Finally after a week of waiting for an escalation email and sitting on the chat with multiple agents for over an hour and a half, they offered me a $5 credit once again said they would escalate and then the agent never came back to the app chat. Resolution Sought The business 1. Needs to have a phone line so there's actually some accountability with customer support. But 2. I would also like my issue resolved

Complainant: Lily Date of Incident: February 4, 2026 Pickup Location: Walmart, 400 West 49th Street, Hialeah, Florida 33122 Amount Disputed: $3.00 (Unauthorized Cancellation/No-Show Fee) Description of Problem: I am filing this complaint because Lyft has charged me a $3 fee for a ride service that was never provided. On February 4, 2026, I requested a ride from the Walmart located at 400 West 49th St, Hialeah, FL. I was present at the designated pickup location at the correct time. However, the driver never arrived at the pickup pin. I monitored the driver's location via the Lyft app's GPS and observed the driver traveling to an entirely different location far from the Walmart. Despite the driver failing to meet me at the agreed-upon location, Lyft has charged my card a $3 fee, labeling it as a "No-Show" or "Cancellation" fee. I have attempted to resolve this through Lyft's automated support channels without success. It is unethical to charge a passenger for a driver's failure to navigate to the correct pickup point. Desired Resolution: I am requesting a full refund of the $3.00 charge to my original payment method. I also request that Lyft review the GPS logs for this trip, which will confirm that the driver was not at the Walmart pickup location when the fee was triggered. Resolution Sought Stop ripping off people I was charged $3 buy a driver that never shows up I was at Walmart supercenter at 400 West 49th Street Hialeah Florida 33012 the drop off supposed to be at 250 East 2nd Avenue highland Florida 330 10. I was charged $12.58 on my card the driver never showed I waited outside of the Publix looking tracking his his location he went to another location that was I didn't know know nothing about then I was charged three dollars and then it was saying that it was a no-show .
