I brought my vehicle there for a timing belt replacement. Joe supposedly changed my timing belt. Never did the work. Timing belt broke on my car a month later. Told me he would go good for it. Towed my vehicle there, removed timing belt. Kept it and told me he was not going to help me out in my situation. Ruined my motor will cost 2800.00 to 3500.00 to replace it. They are also inspecting unsafe vehicles. Not a good way to do business in my opinion. Resolution Sought I would like this investigated and make sure it doesn't happen to the next person. It would be nice if my motor was replaced or to be compensated for my loss

The customers brought their vehicle here for a timing belt replacement and brought their own parts from some online business. They were told when they brought the vehicle that we can't warranty parts we didn't personally buy and they said ok. They drove the vehicle 7,000 miles three months later their part they bought had broken. We towed the vehicle in the vehicle never left the tow truck we only pulled the timing belt inspection cover only to notice the belt was not in place. Told customer they had to remove the front covers to access the belt in the bottom of the engine. All of our repairs are made on camera because we have a 16-camera security system. To sum it up all repair shops do not warranty customer supplied parts. The labor was warrantied for thirty days witch there was nothing wrong with the labor because if there was it wouldn't have gone that long or that far.
