On 12/4/19 went to have state inspection and my car failed inspection for windshield wipers and for sway bar links. I had the sway bar links replaced by another mechanic and I still have the old ones and there was nothing wrong with them. Tech (320) has been doing things to my car to try to get extra money out of me. This has happened a couple of times. Once my windshield wiper blades were deliberately cut to try to get extra money. This must stop. I never let a dealership work on my car because their dishonest and continue prove that they are. Customers sit in the lobby trusting that their car is being worked on with INTEGRITY!!!
