I am currently residing in an apartment complex under lynco properties & I applied for a different apartment under lynco properties & I was approved but I recently had surgery and both apartments management's said they would work with me until the next month due to my medical condition. My current residence has filed eviction not even 2 weeks after my surgery & the other apartment gave my apartment away to someone else again for the 2nd time. These 2 apartment complexes are under the same property management and I feel they are working together to steal people's money. They are charging people more than they should and saying that the application expired so that they can scam you out of another application deposit. Resolution Sought This company needs to be investigated and should have to refund the money they have scammed out of their applicants.
