Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. This attorney has been telling me that she would go see my brother that is incarcerated since September 2021. I have called her at least 20 times since September to ask her about my brother's case and when is she going to show up to his court date but failed to appear and never returns calls back. The last time she actually returned my call was 3/23/2022 I've been calling her since November till she finally returned the call in March. During that call she said she would go see him by week end which she didn't go and been telling me the same since he was arrested back in September 2021. In short she's not communicating and appearing at his court dates and or even seen him. Resolution Sought Appear at court as your said and communicate. I would love the state to do something about attorneys like her that are not doing their jobs
