I bought a 2012 Chevy sonic on November 24, 2021 at 12 pm. On Thursday Nov 25,2021 the car cut off and would not start back leaving me stranded on the side of the road at 6:35 pm on Thanksgiving night. I paid $120 for the car to be towed back to lynnco a d I was informed Dec 6, 2021 the motor is blown in it however the mechanic lynnco took the car to refuses to file a claim with the warranty company lynnco has now tried to push a ford explorer on me that I do not want or need. I asked for my money back and was told he cant do that. I am out $1800 cash deposit a d I told the lender on Monday Nov 29th to stop payment aside can not a d will not pay for a vehicle that lasted me only 30 hours and 35 mins. This is so wrong this lynnco Motors recently opened in July of 2021 they are selling junk cars pushing warranties that do not cover the problem. Only a very greedy individual would treat people this way. Resolution Sought To get my money back.

Ms. Soyars-Randleman, It is unfortunate that the vehicle had mechanical problems beyond our control. We personally had driven the vehicle for hundreds of miles without any issues. Which we do with all cars that we sale to make sure it is the best quality for our customers. The car had passed the state inspection and was in proper working order when the car was purchased. You had your vehicle towed to our office and my husband was very accommodating by offering to tow the vehicle to a long standing and reputable mechanic in town. It is up to them if they decide if they want to deal with filing the warranty or not. At that time, we did offer once again to try and accommodate you by offering another vehicle that was worth more than the vehicle that you purchased. You declined the offer. So, we asked if you had a preferred shop that we could tow the vehicle to. You refused and we were informed by the finance company that you signed a form refusing to use the warranty. Also, you signed a form that states you bought the vehicle "As Is." We are unable to give you your money back. We do not appreciate that you are slandering our business and making false statements. We have sold many vehicles without any issues or complaints from customers. I'm sorry this happened to you, but it is beyond our control. We have tried to help you in many ways but at this time we have done all that we can do. Thanks, LynnCo Motors
