I bought a vehicle that was a lemon it's been in the shop more than I've had it…and I have lost so many hours of work with no vehicle. Resolution Sought To give me back my down pay and some of my time lost at work.

Kim Harrell purchased a vehicle from us and we agreed to finance it for her. She failed to make payments due to the “vehicle not being drivable”. We offered to repair the issues. The only issue we found was a filter was clogged. This filter is part of the valve cover assembly. We replaced it and customer continued to say she could not pay for the vehicle because it wasn’t drivable(gps data shows this wasn’t true and she was driving it 100s of miles per day). She would not bring it back for us to look at so we had to have it picked up. In a three week period she managed to drive the car in excess of 2400 miles(for a vehicle that supposedly wasn’t drivable. This can be verified by the odometer reading and GPS positioning history. We can find zero drivability issues with the vehicle. Our number one goal is customer satisfaction with over 6000 active customers consisting mostly of repeat and referrals. In a perfect world we would give the cars to those in our community who are in need. Unfortunately we are unable to do that at this time and do ask anyone that we do business with to make their payments as agreed.
