I Michael Borquez have been in business for over 45 years, been in Kershaw SC since Jan 1995. The car that Joyce purchased in April of this year was sold AS IS, just like all used cars in South Carolina. No kind of warrantee was ever implied. I do have documentation to back that up. We did look at the car for her as a courtesy, the complaint she had wasn't driveability issues mostly vibration or rattle, which is common on Focus models. Now, we are 4 months later. I am not trading cars or money. Of you talke to her she is the kind of person that has something to say about any and everything. Also, I can arrange a meet with the previous owner on condition of car she sold the car to me because she purchased a new or much newer car, her work required it.
