After spending $3,000+ dollars on their "Shake of the Days" i can no longer do them just because the bartender doesn't like me?

After spending $3,000+ dollars on their "Shake of the Days" i can no longer do them just because the bartender doesn't like me? The big shake is $20,000+ and now they're being selective on who can do them is illegal!
