I had gutters installed by this company in July, 2016. Owner Mike & Mandy Laurent. They did a very good job. Warranty for gutters guaranteed for 8 years (expires in 2024). In May of 2021 called M & M to report that the seams in gutters were leaking. Left message to call me. Did not hear from anyone concerning countless messages throughout May. Finally on June 15th received a call from Mike (the owner) apologizing for not getting back with me sooner- family emergency. Said that seams needed to be resealed and shouldn't take anymore than a hour or two and that he would get back with me. I waited a couple of weeks from that point on. No word from him. No one answers phone - message now states that they are not taking any new business since Hurricane Ida and to leave a message. Can't leave a message because messages are full. All I want is for them to do the right thing by me and seal the seams. This has been going on 8 months now. I'm mad! Phone number I have for this business is 504-382-5788! Resolution Sought For them to call me and honor the warranty. Come out and reseal the seams. Thanks.
