It is not so much the money but the quality f the product I received. I purchased a bag of M&M's to provide to my Christmas guests and just opened them today and they look like they have been through the mill. I had also bought a bag of the Peanut M&Ms and they came from the same mail order., they look fine. The plain M&Ms appear to have been through some type of weather or turbulence. They are discolored and chips on the coating are throughout. I just hope this was a one-time situation as I have been celebrating Christmas eve for nearly 35 years and it is tradition to see these yummy candies both plain and peanuts in my living room for my family to enjoy. Thank you and Happy Holidays! Resolution Sought refund

We have reached out to the consumer. Her complaint was a result of shipping, handled by the online retailer who she purchased the product from. We suggested she reach out to the retailer for her refund request and we are sending her an additional coupon as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you Mars Wrigley Consumer Care
