People here at Ivy Avenue apartments in crossville Tennessee are constantly getting wrote up for things that never happened. I got wrote up several times saying that Dylan Howard a banned person was living with me. It got to the point where I had to get a piece of paper notorized stating that she couldn't write me up for Dylan being here unless she had proof beyond a reasonable doubt that he was actually living here. When I asked her why she didn't call the police her excuse was that all I had to do was say I invited him. My son Dustin came to visit me one day and brought his friend Ben with him. They were here for 3 hours and I got wrote up that it was Dustin and Dylan and they were living here. My lease states that a person has to be staying with you 14 days in a row and they can't come back for another 30 days and then they can be here for 14 days not 3 hours. I got a phone call from my landlord at 8 in the morning at the beginning of June and her exact words were Baylee has been kidnapped and I know you had something to do with it. This statement blower my mind and come to find out there was no kidnapping that had taken place. She makes things up about people and writes them up for it. Corporate in Johnson City knows what she is doing and they let her get away with it. Not one time has she ever had proof of the things she has made up about me. She won't call the police because she knows they will not back her up. Someone with low moral character such as her should not . Resolution Sought I want m and m properties investigated and I want Autumn Baxter fired after the investigation. I want proof for everything that she has used to get people that stand up to her evicted and I am not talking about what she says I want hardcore proof. A person should not be allowed to make things up about people and write them up for things that is falsifying documents. She should have to call the police or catch a person on camera instead of making things up off the top of her head
