We hired m & m to cut a tree down that was falling towards or house . Joe miner was who agreed to do the job we paid him 400 .00 the first day and he has never showed up to finish . He has left a big mess in my front yard ran over my gate . Half the tree is still standing I've tried contacting him and he had the sherff call me and told me if I called him anymore they would arrest me for phone harassment . Now I have to pay someone eles to finish a job that he started a day doesn't what to finish . So I believe he should be responsible for the 400 I paid him and the 700 I had to pay this new man . I don't think they should get by with doing people like this . I can't afford to keep paying for people mess up . Resolution Sought I would like to get the 400. 00i have paid him and the 700 .00 payed the new guy . He should not be allowed to do stuff like this to no one

Mrs. Byers stopped paying for the tree to be cut her excuse was she lost the money somehow so I stopped cutting on the tree due to her being unable to pay for the rest of the service.
