This dealership sold me a car back on 9/17/2022 a 2008 ford focus the vehicle had a bad transmission I have all documents and the dealer refused to fix's the car. Stated that I missed up the transmission but the there is no way that can happen in 31 days the car was a lemon the dealer refused to give me another vehicle. So the dealer ship has the car now I refused to keep making payments on a car they charged me 7200 for the car I put 2000 down registration and plates fees 864 and I made one payment 160. I would like my money back that I put out on this vehicle the dealership refused to give me another car or fix's the ford focus. I reached out to lawyers no response at all from no one who can help me in this situation Resolution Sought Refund me all my money 3000. 2000 down payment as well registration fees 864 and the one payment 160
