Installed a Vinyl Plank Hardwood Floor on 2/3/2024. The entire floor was installed poorly and has large gaps, chips and molding not finished. Whole in the wall from molding being removed. Mike the owner slept in his car for 30 minute intervals and looked spaced out on some drugs or alcohol. Never use him again. Entire floor has to be redone. Resolution Sought Refund the install fee 200.00 and replace the floor.
