I dropped my car off at Maaco on Waterloo Rd. Akron Ohio March 14th between 12:30pm and 1:30 pm. I was told my vehicle would be ready on the 21st. They still have the car. I was then told when I called to inquire about the progress on March 17th , it would be ready Friday or Saturday morning, because of a staffing issue. I called again on Monday the 21st inquiring why it looked as though my vehicle hasn't even been moved, and have you all done anything to my car? I was told by Austin again my car would be ready by close on Monday, " I'll call you Dorothy". I have yet to get my phone call. I'm tired of calling and being told lie after lie. I have rental car at my expense that's costing me every day past Monday. Austin never calls, I am always making the call to him, he claims he is the only one handling everything. Resolution Sought I would like Maaco to help me with the cost of the rental or deduct some of the cost of their charges I have never ran across such mismanagement in my life.

Dorothy came in and spoke with the manager and owner. We did discount her services due to the delay in getting her vehicle back to her. These are very difficult times in business as staffing is short and parts are on backorder. Dorothy was very happy with the work that we did on her car and the discount we provided to her off the original repair estimate.
