I moved to Oregon roughly around two months ago before I moved to Oregon i canceled my gym membership at Macomb athletic club in Mount Clemens, Michigan in person. I've been there longer than their contract period so I was not under contract and just paying month to month. I have called them seven times with each person either saying that the managers in a meeting or that they are the district manager and they will get it canceled right away. Yet they still keep charging me and giving me the same answers. I'm making a complaint because no one will cancel my gym membership and they keep lying to me, saying they would cancel it. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is to cancel the gym membership and reverse the previous charges.
