Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Well I went online to this Mac bid cuz my daughter told me about it she said they only take money out if you've been on something so I put my card in I didn't bid on anything and they charged me $29.29 I would like that money back put into my bank account I didn't ask to join any program all I wanted to do was be able to bid on stuff but if we're going to try to stiff me for $30 a month I can't afford it Resolution Sought My money returned in my membership revoked because I didn't know they were giving me a membership monthly

All accounts require a credit card for registration. There are only ways an individual account is charged. The first is if a bid is placed and in this case the amount charged reflects the bid amount plus any fees and taxes. The second way is if a bidder signs up for a Preferred Buyer's Club Membership. This is a monthly fee of $29.99. In this case, the user account was signed up for the PBC membership and consequently charged.

Well I'm not very phone savvy I'm 59 years old and disabled so can you please take my membership off I can't afford that a month I have a disabled child
