I have an extended warranty with Mac Warranty! My warrant will lapse May 2025! Claim number is 41631. I have a Frigidaire professional side by side refrigerator, and my refrigerator is not working because there is a Freon leak that needs to be replaced and filled up with Freon! I am in touch with them for the last two months and I'm being shoved around! They claim that they are not authorized to work with Freon so they sent my case to A1 service 917-810-7465! A1 Service claims that they were not given any authorization to do this repair! We are going around in circles! We are elderly people and not well and we have no refrigerator for two months! I need to go down a long flight of stairs to get what I need from my spare refrigerator! My claim number is 41631. I would appreciate if you can help me because this is a very costly repair which we cannot afford! The telephone number of Mac is 800-252-6225. The name of the person is Daniel or Nicole I spoke to them both and they are not helping me at all claiming that this went to A1 Service but I dealt with Mac and I paid my extended warranty to them! Resolution Sought I would like them to repair my problem because I have an extended warranty with them that I made with them several year ago!

On March 4, 2023, Thermador came out to service my range as per the instructions of Mack Warranty. It was a repair that their technicians could not perform so we were instructed to call thermador and have them come out. We would have to pay up front and then be reimbursed by Mack Warranty. This is the second BBB complaint I am filing on this same issue. We are owed this money and after promising (a ridiculous) 120 business days to cut a check, they still have not done so. In the mean time, we've needed 2 service calls with them which we've had to hunt them down to actually send someone out and wait over 2 months for someone to come out. This company is a disgrace. Resolution Sought I want to be paid immediately the owed amount of 763.78.
