When I moved out everything was just wear and tear,I lived there almost 3 years,nothing was damaged,or dirty. i never received a move out copy of the Inspection Resolution Sought Return my deposit

I was told from the day I got here that our " maintenance" bufoon was a klepto. It started right away. Little stuff at first. I requested my locks to be changed . Denied . I have been here 2 months. Things are now intolerable and border a health issue. He doesn't even hide his behavior. Eats my food. Throws the nasty plate in the trash, silverware on the floor, liquids dumped in the trash cans . Trash and soda cans in the yard. If you ask the right people they will say yes, he waits until people are gone. Comes out with whatever, He had to do who knows what to the non-complaint in every way hot water heater. He crossed the electric cords and lines with my washing machine. Now there are leaks from both connections. He took some random parts from random things. The front panel to the freezer is now warm and everything is defrosting Water running over in there too. I am disabled. My four prong cane was stolen and I fell and injured myself. I will be moving in approximately 1 month I am requesting my security deposit of $300. The washer and dryer are ruined. They were $600. The movers I hired to come here...$500. Security and pet deposit for unexpected and sudden move..approximately $750. And after the WR visit and follow up with my leg and spine Dr. I will have the medical costs as well. I can't do laundry because it is now broken All sensors are out. I am hoping to resolve this quickly I have no problem adding to the growing number of lawsuits. Park Hills Police are Resolution Sought Reimburse me and attorney and courst filing fees if that becomes necessary.
