Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. My company was hired by Maco to perform independent contractor work on property they manage.bid on the job ,they accepted my bid.June 6th 2021. Work was performed satisfactory by Three Trades Const. Completed June 16th.. Property manager and maintence dept. Inspected the work performed to there satisfactory. Gave my the ok to submit invoice to Maco co. In marshal..in care of Kieth Ward. Invoice was submitted and has gone unpaid and ignored. We have since sent 3 more past due invoices, 3 cover letters, a copy of the original bid, a copy of the material list needed to perform the work in question, and have made numerous phone attempts, with no response what so ever. There has been no response to any of my invoices, calls, or letters. No dispute to my work for time or quality I've left voice mails and attempted to talk with manager ,owner, anyone for help in this matter with no reply from anyone..I have summated my business lic. ,my general Liability insur. And proper tax forms. And have received no type of response. I have currently had to close my small business and have incured debt and stand the chance to be sued by my suppliers and my employee because Maco refuses my payment for my services.past due funds is over 3 months.I have all paper work ,invoices,pictures.witnesses,and still have no even gotten a response.Now lack of funds and haveing to close my business ,i cant even get a lawyer because of the non payment from Maco.work was performed at Mexico apartments, mexico, Resolution Sought I just want my invoice paid..or a response from Maco as to why I've not gotten a response , the work has been completed.
