Great scam tactic

Must say that I've never expected scams to be so obvious: Please read the chat: Welcome to our site, if you need help simply reply to this message, we are online and ready to help. Me: Hi! I'm looking at the 923-0439 for the macbook air 13" early 2014. Can you confirm if you have it and how long it would take to have it in Fayetteville, NC? Thanks Josh: In stock, 5 days thanks! Me: I apologize, just noticed that it says Left I/O Assembly MacoBook Air 13 Early 2015-2017 but under it says MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014), just want to be sure it is the correct part... can you confirm? Thanks Josh: What is the serial number of the computer? Me: C02NRLCUG085 Josh: checking... 923-0439 the updated price would be $45 and it takes 5 to 7 days to receive the item Me: The price on the list for that part number is $19.10. isn't that the same? Josh: the price is not correct on the site the updated price would be $45 Me: that is so wrong... very unprofessional... thanks for your time. I've a screenshot that is going to be posted online just because I don't agree with this type of behavior.

Terrible experience

If I could give them a zero star rating I would. Wrong part received, was initially told all they needed was a S/N, which I gave them and repeated it to them 3 times. My computer technician showed me that part not only would not line up (connections), even shape was different. I returned part the next day and a month later am still in dispute through credit card company as they refuse to return my payment, even though I have postal receipt showing they have the part back, crooks as far as I am concerned
