Refuse to complete repairs on vehicle put in shop on September 18th for a DMV repair order for emissions pick car up one week later on 25th or 26th pay $1,119 for services rendered pick car up , all gauges came on and dash gas hand not functioning stayed on a return car next day 19th September cars been and repair every since refuse to complete repairs or return or refund money going on 2 months with no vehicle just complaints and argumentative. his excuses don't want to argue or fight just my money back and I will move on and repair it at CarMax. All I ask for was to repair what I pay for services Resolution Sought To repair my car and get it back to me immediately or refund my money and I go elsewhere for mechanical repairs I have my payment receipts. My car has been there more than 40 days sitting

Mr. Griffin came for auto repairs on 8/17/2021 in attempt to have his vehicle pass motor vehicle inspection. At the time of receiving Mr. Griffin vehicle there were over 15 codes preventing this vehicle from passing inspection. Mr. Griffin made it clear he did not have a lot of money but for us at macs auto service to do what we have to do, Mr. Griffin asked if he can break up the payment due to insufficient funds, we kindly obliged and went above and beyond to keep the cost down. Mr. Griffin was aware that we were opting to use cost effective parts in order to keep his cost low. After performing the service the gas gauge stopped working and Mr. Griffin was very upset and was not understanding, we reissued him we will replace the fuel pump defective but it was a 6hour job and we need the same patience that was extended to him. From there he became very belligerent cursing at the employees and demanding his vehicle be fixed immediately. Mr. Griffin's vehicle will be fixed as promised in addition he now is accusing us of additional issues like a wheel bearing being bad and his AC not working. We have fixed both issues free of charge in attempt to satisfy Mr. Griffin. He is just unreasonable to deal with and will have to have patience, once his car is fixed we will be happy to give him a call. Until then No, we are not willing to return any money for number of reasons, 1) He has not paid for parts that we provided, such as AC, pressure switch or rear right wheel bearing, amongst other items, we want his vehicle fixed and gone as bad as he wants to have it back.

I gave him ample time for specific repairs when car was left with him with code from DMV specifically stating what needs to be repaired. Whatever codes he is particularly specifying I still have not received any document codes on paper specifically did not ask for any of the repairs emissions repairs only picked up the car after repairs all gauges lit up on dashboard have photos engine light return on air conditioner would not work gas gauge on e would not function had none of these issues when vehicle was left in his possession for repairs perhaps codes were stored codes from older repairs had vehicle 6 years no it very well. When return vehicle Tony stated give him patience he will repair the vehicle he hired a person that was under the influence of drug and alcohol that perhaps messed up some wiring okay all cool I'll have patience for you to repair car pay . This was after I paid $1,100 $19.73 for repairs performed recently picked up car on
