Macys offered a 1 day only 75 discount on 7.5' Christmas trees. As I looked they were only offering 30. I called and talked to 3 different supervisors all telling me that the 30 was the best offer. They said they had no offer on their end for the 75 and therefore couldn't honor it. They had every other offer on my email except that one. I offered to forward the email so they could see it and each individual declined saying they didn't have that capability. I was on the phone for an hour and a half and got the same rhetorical answer from each person. 30 was the best price available. I feel that either this was a misleading advertisement or a mistake on their part. Either way I feel they need to honor their offer. Thank you Resolution Sought I would like for Macys to honor the offer that was sent to me. If you need I can provide the email that was sent to me as proof. Thank you
