I ordered a pair of boots on 1/11/2025. They did not fit and were cheaply made so I returned them. I asked for a refund they sent me another pair of boots. I returned those Macy's is saying they refunded me on January 25 which is not true. I have attached my credit card statement and the page showing what Macy's has done. I don't even understand. I have not received any refund. They're showing three pairs of boots returned. I only purchased one pair and returned two pair. I just want my refund. I have called them three times. Resolution Sought I want my refund of $25.61. Returned to my credit card.

Purchased a 2003 Rolex Submariner on Bloomingdale's website 11/3/24 in amount of $10,596.53. I immediately tried to cancel purchase customer service was not in on a Sunday. Called 11/4 was told unable to cancel at this time. Purchased was still processing after 5 business days I called every day during this time to cancel finally a supervisor stated that was too long for processing and will contact warehouse to cancel 11/7 will receive confirmation email in 24rs. Email never . On 11/9 received email confirmation that item has shipped. Called back immediately and all I got was apology and reassurance item can be returned for full refund. Was never told refund would be processed by a third party REBAG. Received item on 11/14 started return immediately printed label BOX NEVER OPENED RETURNED FACTORY SEALED placed return slip in larger box returned same day via UPS . REBAG received item on 11/15 Was making several attempts to both companies about how long for refund only to get the run around from Bloomingdale's said I should have heard something by now will reach out to third party. I called REBAG again 11/27 to confirm item received and how long for refund have email confirmed was received on 11/15 and will receive refund with 15 business days of delivery. On 11/30 received email from REBAG apologizing for the misinformation and not be able to process refund due to serial numbers not matching to contact Bloomingdale's have been completely scammed with a bait and switch FRAUD. Resolution Sought Would like my full refund back to original form of payment. PACKAGE NEVER OPENED Bloomingdale's is in business with a dishonest fraudulent company. I was completely taken by this scam and only purchased this item because of the reputation of Bloomingdale's. I just want my rightful owed refund.
