I ordered a pair of shoe and 3 parfums from this merchants. Tracking 1Z3Y551R0368842167 Says delivered but the picture of the delivery shows on UPS site is not that of my house. I called this merchant on Friday 22 of March to inform them that the order was delivered to a wrong address and I was told I will receive a reshipment or refund with 3-5 business. On 3/23/2024 I received an email stating my reshipment / refund has been denied. I tried to explain to them that the order was delivered to a wrong address but they insisted I should call UPS to dispute the claim with them, I told them I don't have any business with UPS as I am not the shipper. Resolution Sought Refund my money.

Buy a diamond bracelet at Macy's. When I went home saw one missing diamond. Went back to Macy's the manager give me my money back. because they did not have any at store. The ordered a new one online for me never I paid $2225. Since November 11 never received it. The sales Lady who ordered the bracelet I ask to sign for the delivery. I was told it was delivered on November 14. Macy's Refuse to give me my money back. Resolution Sought Please help me get my money back.
