They installed a shower 35 in by 35 in the contract it says 38x38 but they said there was two pipes sticking out of the floor that would not allow they cut the pipes out which made plenty of room the floor was wet underneath carpet linoleum 3/4 inch particle board they never told us they went ahead and put the shower in saying there was a solid base my problem is they never removed the three quarter inch particle board that was wet and rotting it's my job to replace floor but what am I supposed to do about the wet rotting flooring under shower Resolution Sought Replace the shower Bass that in the contract says 38x38 remove the rotting wood that I obviously cannot do
