I was involved in a accident about a month ago and contacted Brian Mesa about fixing my car he agreed to fix my car for 2600.00. He said he needed 2000.00 down to cover the parts and to pay the other 600.00 later. I brought my car there on 1/29/2024 and he called me the next morning and said that my car wasn't worth fixing and that I could come pick up the car and the 1800.00. He said he was going to charge for 2 hours at 100.00 a hour. I said that was fine. Right after I hung up he called back and said I would like to buy your vehicle from you for 1500.00 and I will take the 1800.00 and put it towards a 2005 Honda Odyssey and you can make payments for 1200.00. Equaling 4500.00. My car is a 2015 Ford Flex missing the bumper and the headlights and the radiator was leaking. I told him I would think about it. I called back and said no I don't want the van I was going to pick up my car at 4. This was at 12:30 when I called and I said I would like the 1800.00 put back into my account. He said he would. I got out to his shop at 4:00 and I stood waiting for about 20 minutes. He came into the front at 4:20 and he sat at the computer and said now I need to see about giving you the refund. I waited quietly and he said I don't know how to do the refund. I said come on Brian you knew I was coming since 12:30. He got very aggressive and said actually my shop is closed you need to get the fuck out of here. I said I need my car keys he said that your not getting them and your not getting Resolution Sought I would like to get my money back. I would like the 2000.00 because nothing is wrong like he said and he didn't do any of the work to fix anything. He tried to get my vehicle for not anywhere close to what it's worth and the police made him give me back my vehicle or I was going to press charges and he refuses to give me my money back and said for me to contact his lawyer but didn't give me his lawyers name or number. I'm almost sure he doesn't have a lawyer. I did get my car after police talked
