What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. This company has poor customer service.

They're lazy & constantly tell you to "call back in about an hour". They put you on hold until close & you can't speak with a rep. Since when does it take 2 hours to search for a vehicle release that takes a few minutes to forward & fax from an email. They make their personal emotions other peoples problems. I as a customer should not have to wait because you don't feel like working or someone at Your Job has pissed you off. You signed up for this job, suck it up , & be of service or get another gig. Work faster.
