I ordered a total of 30 customized hats from Joe Burb via Instagram last year totaling in the amount of $400. The payment was sent through Zelle. I never received any hats from the company and they stopped responding to my messages. 5 months later Joe Burb responded back saying that he was still working on the hats. Eventually he went back to not replying. I have all of the messages and the payment information. I also contacted other people that attempted business with his company that had been handled the same way. Resolution Sought I would like for the company to refund the $400 that I spent for hats I never received.
